Returns

 

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@puckerly.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

 

Returned items must be in their original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, or altered.


 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@puckerly.com Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
